I'm going to leave 4 stars but share with you a tid bit. Tipping culture is out of hand when you pay for a service and people get upset with you that you either don't tip enough or don't tip at all. I felt nothing compelling me to tip but I had the stylist get slightly aggravated and say "no tip?" Be mad that your owner isn't paying your desired wages don't get mad at me. This is a very American culture, people don't believe in this tipping culture in Europe. Besides that service was acceptionable. Don't come at me with some sense of entitlement like I owe you anything other than transaction for the provided service. I've... read full review
Maria is absolutely fantastic! She is very welcoming and a joy to catch up with every time I come in. She has a great knowledge about technique, styling, and products, and always delivers 10/10 results. I drive over 30 minutes from my home to see her at this location!
I asked for a trim, but made the mistake of telling her that I would use a 2 trimmer head instead of a 7 trimmer head. So, it ended up being cut too short. But, lesson learned. It will grow back. No big deal!
