The customer service everybody seems to be complaining about when she is on her personal phone has to be none other than their redheaded employee. And if I’m not mistaking the same, redheaded employee, and the supervisor who is supposed to be the boss, Alex are having extra marital affairs, you know you cannot bring a relationship to the workplace. It happened exactly on her birthday this past year. Professionalism, common decency.Just treat people the way you want to be treated and I think things will work out best

VERY upset with the service. I dropped off 2 formal dresses and 1 men's vest (from our WEDDING) and the vest has been completely ruined and one of my dresses has stains that were not there prior to dropping off. The whole situation hasn't been rectified because no one has any clue what's going on and who to contact. Just very unprofessional service. Do not even chance taking your clothes there.

10/02/23 Wade's Cleaners always does a superior cleaning and pressing on my clothes. They even come out to my car and collect my clothes. They are friendly and helpful if there is a stain or if it needs special attention. Try them and get treated special, too.
