We are incredibly thankful we chose Gerald to help us with our real estate needs. He was so easy to work with, listened to our needs, and was always available to take or return a call when we had a question. His knowledge and his patience helped to greatly reduce the stress of purchasing a new home. Now that we have closed on a beautiful new home we are looking forward to using Gerald to sell the old one.

I recently bought a home in Columbus, GA, with the help of Gerald. He was a huge help from start to finish and well-equipped to handle the entire process. I met Gerald for the first home I looked at on a late Friday afternoon and despite it already being 5pm when finished, he was willing to take us to his office and help make an offer on the home that same evening. He was extremely responsive to all communications and answered every question I had with little delay. He also "had a guy" for just about every issue and I never had to concern myself with finding an inspector or repairman. Gerald sold us our first house and was so helpful in the process. He was willing to listen to what we were looking for, and sent us homes before they even hit the market. He never gave up on us, no matter how many houses we wanted to look at. He was super supportive and knowledgeable about what we needed and he had all the contacts in place to help us get it done.
