I called in for my parents and Mrs. Jessica answered and was delightful and pleasant to speak to, she was able to schedule someone to come out the same day to look at a toilet they were having issues with. The plumber Ezekiel and Corwin were very kind and fixed the issue promptly and cheap. Thank you

Customer service here is top notch and the plumbers that came out were so knowledgeable. Jessica was sweet on the phone and was very helpful explaining a lot of things to me and sent the plumber David who did a fantasic job at installing my garbage disposal. I will forever use Roto Rooter for all my plumbing need just because of Jessicas kindness.
