I called but realized we had to use our insurance to our property and I cancelled. But I’ve called them before and they came promptly and handled everything. They just used my personal items instead of bringing their own
I am sincerely satisfied with the service from Roto-Rooter in Columbus, GA (2024). This technician, Terry, has excellent knowledge and experience. He made sure everything was done right from start to finish.
This is the second time they have done work for me. The last time was in 2019 on a completely different repair. I was just as pleased with the technician’s work this time around as I was the last time.
Expert workmanship, very thorough, respectful, understanding, courteous, reasonable…I highly recommend!
Very knowledable, not so quick to say you have to replace the whole thing with a tremendous bill that no one can afford this day in age. Straight shooter on that.
Repairs are a first options with a warranty. I feel like I wasn't taken advantage of. Other companies quoted were thousands and thousands didn't even offer or entertain the repair route, straight to nope it needs to be replaced.
Talking about a hot water heater.
Estimate on a pipe repair outside, same job other company thousands to cap a pipe.
This company under a thousand.
