We took our girl dog, Addie, to Rivertown after she was bit in the face by a snake. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. The vet saw her immediately and started treating her right away. The vet was so thorough with explaining everything to us, answered all our questions and took exceptional care of our girl. We had never been there before but were super impressed with the service, staff and professionalism they displayed.

I want to thank the staff for everything I brought my dog in thinking he was just a little congested but turns out he had congested heart failure which I didn’t think he would ever get I know in some cases you see signs but my dog has always been a healthily dog but when I found out it was to the point he was suffering I made the choice to have him put down and this is where I think the staff no matter how hard I cried when they finished with him they still had compassion for me after my lose so thank you Rivertown veterinary you helped to help my baby boy not suffer anymore
