Natalie is a great hair stylist, and she def knows what she is doing! My daughter's relaxed hair was severely damaged. We were with another hair stylist in Columbus, but it didn't work out because she only used Paul Mitchel products. Over time, we noticed that Paul Mitchel was not good for my daughter's hair. After going to Natalie's, my 14 year old daughter loved her hair and her hair style! And after 2 weeks, I was still so pleased with the transformation that I decided to let Natalie wash and style my natural hair.
