I love how I feel after having an appointment with Kelli and her ladies. I always have such a great time when I am there and her shop is just the cutest. I've been getting my brows done here for years now and it truly has been such a confidence booster, Kelli and her staff do such an amazing job here. I never leave without getting my hug and a smile on my face and laughing while walking out the door. Always will recommend KG’s Lash & Brow Bar to anyone who asks!
I cannot say enough good things about this business and the ladies who work here. I'm very picky about my lashes, and Kelli knocks it out of the park every single time. The conversation is always great, the prices are very fair, and they're incredibly accomodating. Kelli's not only a talented professional who is an expert at her craft, but she has become a dear friend. Her son is just as cute as a button, too.?
Overall, I had a really positive experience here! There was one woman working, but I only waited about 10 minutes before I was serviced. She was very kind and attentive to how I wanted my eyebrows threaded. She did shape them a bit more than I had envisioned, but they still turned out great. My only improvement is that the store itself could have been cleaner; general dirt and dust was evident on the floor and counters. The woman working did change gloves between customers and wore a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd recommend if you're looking for a good threading place.
