Setting up with Amy was fairly easy. Soon as I got in, we talked about my history and what my goals were. Then she talked about her background and what she can provide. We talked throughout our session, she allowed me to ask as many questions about my flexibility and how I can get myself stronger. She is a professional in every sense of the word. I recommend her to anyone in the Military located in the Fort Benning area.
