The crown process was easier than I expected. The preparation was done efficiently and the permanent crown installed two weeks later. Dr. Adams continued to modify the crown until it fit well with my retainer. My appointment began near the scheduled hour and I was finished in less than an hour.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience in the past . It is hard to get an appointment and the AI phone service is confusing especially when it prompts you to make an appointment and then you get a call from the front desk chastising you for doing so. They need to figure that part out.

Dr. Matt and his staff are the best!!! If I have any issues Dr. Matt will make sure it's taken care of. Dr. Matt makes sure you feel at home during each visit and he explains everything he does or going to do. He takes the time to talk to you and makes you feel like you're his only patient in the office. Mrs. Bethany is the best dental hygienist she is so nice and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Adams Family and cosmetic Dentistry is the best in Columbus Georgia and surrounding area. I've been coming here about 9 years now and love everything about this practice.

I highly recommend Adams Dentistry! I’ve always had wonderful experiences with cleanings and fillings, but the most recent was one worth posting about. I lost dental insurance and after chipping an old filling in one of my molars I completely panicked. I hate to admit I went to a local chain dentistry that advertised some discounts and had a terrible experience. I’m beyond thankful I went back to Adams for a cleaning and second opinion. They got me in quickly and I paid a small fraction of the price it would have cost me at this other dentist. They were also very conservative in their approach and definitely not out to get you financially. Aspen adamantly put a 4k cleaning and 3k crown on my health care plan, refusing to budge, while Adams gave me a regular cleaning and a filling. Not to forget to mention their entire staff is wonderful- kind and extremely helpful.
