David & Tony came out to pump and locate my septic tank. Unfortunately they could not locate the tank, but they were very helpful and friendly and gave us some good suggestions. Thank you guys!

Nowadays excellent customer service is the exception, not the rule. When I called Peak's on behalf of our church, a lady answered and provided thorough information in a very courteous manner. An appointment was made available without delay. She said the driver would call before he came out. Low and behold, the morning of our appointment a very polite gentleman contacted us to say he was on his way. I'm very impressed with this company and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
