They couldn't find my item and I couldn't wait, due to an appt. Disappointed, but not a big deal. I have been pleased with their services in the past. Dry cleaning and alterations. The young girl said she knew it was there, it had just been put in the wrong place and would let me know when she found it and would put it in the correct place. I'll go back in a day or two.

I've been using J Carl's for both business and personal quite some time now, and they've never let me down. They're always super quick and professional, and even recently put in a decently sized rush order for an event I had in a couple of days. Best cleaners in Carrollton, hands down.

I brought in my maid of honor dress the day before the wedding with a huge stain of some kind and they were extremely nice and told me to not worry they'd have it the next day. They did just that. The dress looked perfect! I Love them! If you need anything go here!
