Office lost my children’s records before they could ever be seen. Confirmed our appointment and then refused to see my child once we got there under the guise of not receiving our records, despite my previous pediatrician confirming with proof. To make matters worst, they played victim after being called out about their incompetence. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.

They don't return calls. I was referred from emergency room 2 weeks ago for cellulitis spoke to them twice both times said they would schedule an appointment and call me. Still waiting.. about to go back to the e.r. hope they don't have to cut off my foot

started coming here for checkups and it's been great! short wait times, friendly staff, and i felt like i was in and out pretty quickly.these reviews are HILARIOUS though! i like the one complaining about the staff needing to "work on there [sic] english" lol. the clinic is in a majority hispanic part of town so i'm not sure why it's even relevant (for the record, i could understand and was understood perfectly well). but i didn't experience any of the problems others have mentioned here. ymmv, especially if you're one of those y'all-queda type folks.
