I cannot say enough about BridgeMill Family Healthcare. I didn’t know what to expect when I first started but after speaking to Dr. Portillo about my pain, I felt heard and understood. I don’t ever feel rushed or ignored. After about 2 months there, I already feel so much better. Both him and Katelyn have been amazing! I highly recommend going there!

The care and treatment that was provided for me at BridgeMill was beyond what i expected. I always felt cared about, they always listened to how i was feeling and made their way to makeing me feel better with every visit. Dr. Portillo is very comprehensive and easy to talk to. He realy does care about his patience feelings. Katelin always paid attention to the pain spots and knew how to care for me. And Sarah always made sure my appointments where scheduled. I had a horrible experience with this office. The chiropractor is very rude and I always left in more pain than I was in originally. It took about six months for the pain that he caused in my back to subside and it still periodically flares up. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I have been to a lot of physical therapy, but I will say, my overall health and physical health is the best that it has been and 20 years. I highly recommend this place. They're my number one, go to when needing help in physical well being. I'm on my road to recovery.Feeling like, i'm in my 20's again. The staff is super friendly.They make you feel like family here. I definitely get this place a one 100 % rating. 3 visits and you will be feeling amazing. I am definitely going to be a long time patient. Thank you, bridge mill, family healthcare for all that you do for me.You are very much appreciated. 🥰💜🤩💜

I have been working with Dr. Portillo for 2 months after bad car accident. This office is absolutely amazing, patient first oriented, very accommodating and flexible to work around work and life demands in general. Not only that they helped with my physical injuries but equally important with my emotional concerns. Very friendly, family environment, willing to answer any concerns and work at your pace. Dr. Portillo, Katelyn, and Sara are ones I would interact twice a week for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with this practice. Highly highly recommend!
