My grandmother and I have been coming here for a few years now. My grandmother was not in the best of health initially but has been thriving under Dr. Chung's care. Its been easy to make appointments in the portal and tests results back timely. Up arrival for either of our appointments we are generally seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Jennifer has been amazing at every turn. She always has an easy smile and warmth that puts my grandmother at ease. I was waiting for my blood work test results all day so I could get my prescription when my husband’s cellpone was called for me at 10 minutes to 5:00. (closing time) When I he handed me his phone I touched a button that hung up the call. No one called back although it was immediate. When I reached the office after all the prompts it was 3 minutes to 5:00. I explained we were cut off and I had taken my last dose of my prescription and I needed to talk to someone. I was told a nurse would talk to me and I was put on hold. Ten minutes of holding and a message tells me they are closed and leave a message. So much for caring for the patients.

I highly recommend Dr. T. Kelly at Owasa / Advent Health group in Calhoun. I have been looking for a primary care provider for a while and a friend recommended her. I am very pleased that I took that advice. I only had to wait a few days to be seen as a new patient (other offices had a 1 month or more wait time). After arrival I was taken back a few minutes before my appointment time. I gave my info to the nurse, b.p. check and weigh-in etc. When she left, I pulled out the novel I had brought because I assumed I would be waiting on the doctor for 15 to 20 minutes. To my amazement she was in the room quickly and I had the most comfortable doctors visit I can remember
