Pruitt installed 4 systems in our custom home. They were a great thought partner to us and our builder to determine the best HVAC design for our home. Their follow up has also been great post install when needed. Dan and Wendi Raatjes.
Pruitt Heating and Air have been outstanding in servicing our family over the years. Friendly and professional in their dealings in each service. We had a recent emergency and they were prompt to made sure our issue was resolved expeditiously.
I placed a call for service Friday morning because my Trane HVAC unit was not coming on for any cycle and I had no heat. They were able to come in a few hours and repair my unit. This is the 2nd time I have used them after the Trane Warranty Department sent me their information for a warranty part replacement after the original purchase company Climate Solutions in Gainesville defaulted on the 10 year warranty that came with the purchase of my unit. Pruitt has been completely honest and I highly recommend them for any Trane HVAC unit service need.
