Dr. Cates and her staff are always kind and professional, easy to work with, just wonderful. But today, Dr. Cates was just amazing. My 8 year old had his first cavity filled. He loves the doctor but was rather nervous about the process. She took the time to explain the tools used, what everything would feel like, and answer his questions. She then talked him through each step and comforted his nerves all along the way. He left with a numb mouth and a new filling but, more importantly, he left still loving his dentist and asking when was the next time he would get to see her. Just wow! New in town, luckily found Amy Cates! This office is a pleasure to visit from the front door to the chair! The staff is an absolute pleasure makes my regular cleaning a joy! Roxy if you're reading this you're awesome don't change a thing! Thank you to the staff, your attitudes and demeanor toward us patients is so inviting, I feel like I belong there, and you're all great at making my visits a pleasure! Never thought I'd say it but - looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Cates has been a godsend. I first started going about 6 yrs ago because my son and his family all use Dr. Cates. My previous dentist wanted to crown basically all my teeth only because I was in my late 60's. (Too much $$$ and not having any pain.) Upon going to Dr. Cates, she filled a few cavities, tightened my partials & cleaned my teeth! Wonderful & accomodating staff. Great degree of patience with me. Whenever I have needed work done, she is the best!
