I spoke to Karen, set up appointment, and they sent out Richard. Richard was the most experienced person that I have spoke to regarding insects. He arrived, set up a plan, and got rid of my bee problem. From the first call to Karen and finishing up with Richard, great experience.
They were great about getting out to us and working around our schedule... When we bought our house, they were also super easy to deal with transferring our termite Bond from the previous owner over to us.
Their technician came out to my daughter’s home yesterday and took amazing care in eradicating a yellow jacket nest that her children had awakened last weekend. Back in the day, 50 years ago, I babysat twins in Kelvin Grove. The best day was when Tommy Terminex came. Never forgot it.
