I called Hakeem about replacing a gate valve as I was in the midst of trying to do it myself.He was too busy with other calls to handle my issue at the time, but he generously talked me through what I needed to do anyways. Over the course of 2 days he spent probably 45 minutes of his time on the phone or texting with me as to what I needed to do.Who does that, man?! What. A. Guy.In the end, I did end up reaching the height of my comfort level and called in another plumber, but I can't overstate how much I appreciated Hakeem's guidance that he gave to me at his own expense.Take confidence in this man's character - you are truly dealing with a stand-up guy in Hakeem.
Hakeem was great! I had a late night emergency with my toilet. Hakeem was able to come out within 30 minutes. He was very professional and friendly and had the parts on hand for replacement. He also was very clean with the job. Would definitely call again and recommend.
