Sales representative was timely, knowledgeable and professional in product as well as installation. Steve was also a good listener as we discussed alternative designs and options. He was quick to point out cost implications in our choices as well as operational consequences. All helped us to arrive at the best solutions that met our desires and costs. We're now anxiously looking forward to yhe installation.

We had a couple of parts issues, but the staff kept us informed all along the way. It took a little than longer than initially planned, but we are so happy with our windows. They made sure it was done right!
