Wife and I used this family owed business because we heard from friends the "Commish" was professional and thorough. We ended up losing the house before the purchase so we needed another pre purchase inspection. We called Mr. Johnson's company back out for next house. He saw that we were down so this time he said a prayer and told us to claim it. He talked us through the inspection pointing out issues.They found an issue that I had walked passed several times. He and his associate felt like friends over for a visit. To top it off he gave us a discount. The Owner and Inspector was literally one of the most genuine, sincere, honest, caring and thorough people that I have ever met! I called him in a panic and desperately needing a secondary evaluation on a home that I was under contract on, with only hours until my allowed time to complete an inspection was over... I was losing hope on phone call number 9 seeking an available inspector and in tears! He shifted his schedule around to save me! And save me he truly did!
