I will share my experience with Teoler Cryor. This young lady is TRULY an asset to this firm and would be, in my humble opinion, to ANY organization. From the time of my accident, she was my first POC. She was thorough in her explanations. She returned phone calls/emails promptly each and every time and was pleasant at all times, which tells me that's a part of her personality. She would also call/email me even when she had no information to share or any that she needed, but it was basically a wellness check. She was just seeing how I was doing after my surgery. We had a wreck and Julian law offices took our case. The communication was great as Shon kept us up to date on the status. The wheels of justice turn slow but she lets us know what stage ours was at. I highly recommend if you have a wreck or bodily injury.
I appreciate the law firm moving very quickly to get my case settled. I also appreciate the consistency with the communication. I would like to highlight that Carmen Hall was really good with calling me with updates and overall communication. Thank you to the JLS team.
