Had a Great Experience with The Technician Mel he was Very good and Very Experienced & Professional technician took time out to explain everything that he was doing and what needed to done so I would not have the same issues again went above and beyond
After a horrible experience with Big Dawg Plumbing, who First American Home Warranty sent out to fix a failing PRV valve, and a highly questionable determination that he would have to make $400 worth of pipe modifications not covered by my home warranty in order to replace my PRV valve, I called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion. They were at my townhouse in less than an hour, dressed professionally and with covers on their shoes, and wiling to answer any questions that I had about their repair assessment which did not include $400 worth of pipe modifications in order to repair my PRV valve.
