I’ve been going to PT Solutions for a yr now they have worked hard on my total replacement with no luck I had a second surgery on 5/27 and I went directly back for additional therapy. I have been treated with the utmost respect from day one. I will continue to treat with PT Solutions until my knee feels better!!!
I look forward to each visit because I know that I am going to feel great when I walk out the door each session is challenging the therapists are very professional and they are there to help you meet your goal they are encouraging courteous and always on their job
The patient access coordinator Brittiny did an excellent job in preparation of a new patient. Great interpersonal skills, very warm and welcoming. She made me feel at ease from the moment I spoke to her over the phone to the time I walked in. She is the reason I chose this location. Ben is an expert at his job, very detailed, and he made me feel very relaxed. He does an outstanding job demonstrating each skill to be developed. He was also very patient with me. He has great interpersonal skils as well. They both are an asset to this company. I can't wait to come back!
