I initially went to take my son for a hearing test. They rushed through the whole testing and because it was his first time and he was scared. They just wanted to reschedule then the day I had to reschedule he was sick so I called to cancel and they still want to charge me all of this money nobody ever called to follow up were just rude and horrible to deal with. Do not have any testing done here. The The staff was rude and needs to do better.

The operator to schedule an appointment was so rude and argumentative when I was asking if they were CHOA or not (which seems like a reasonable question given they're at Scottish Rite), that this told me all I needed to know and had zero desire to do business with this practice if their operators are this cold.

Very unprofessional and waste of people's time (and money). I called the front desk to make an appointment, asked at least 3 times to confirm my child was being scheduled for a specific testing, just to be met with a bad attitude and the front desk inability to help confirm the appointment.
Sure enough, after taking time off from work, checking my kid out of school and going PENTA for the appointment, once I am finally in the room with the tech that was going to perform the test, she confirms that it was not the test I had asked for; as matter of fact they don't even perform that test there.
The staff inability to help is beyond ridiculous; and the disregard and disrespect for people's time is also a big issue.
