Last year, an storm caused significant damage to our deck and roof, affecting the roof, window frames, soffits, and gutters. When I saw water leaking into the family room ceiling, I contacted Outdoor Makeover Roof and Exteriors. Jeremy and his professional team arrived the next day. Since I wasn't familiar with the insurance process, Jeremy took care of everything—from filing the claim to coordinating the insurance inspection and working with the adjuster to ensure all necessary repairs.

Water leaking from dining room ceiling. Called Outdoor Makeover Roofs and the GM himself came out and climbed every inch of my steep roof to visually inspect it. He inspected my attic and interior ceilings throughout. He provided us with pics and videos, turns out we had extensive hail damage on our roof. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, even the insurance adjuster has relied heavily on his expertise. The communication from Outdoor Makeover Roofs through this process has been stellar.
