I had an appointment that was confirmed and everything in advance and I showed up about 15 minutes early and the door was locked. I knocked and rang the door bell and called but no answer. I waited until my actual appointment time and tried again and waited 10 more minutes and still no answer or call or anything. I understand that things come up, but you just have to communicate that so that I could've potentially been seen somewhere else or not planned my whole day around the appointment. Definitely will not be going here.
