New Vision Eye Care and Rehabilitation Services

After suffering a brain injury that involved disrupting my mental vision processing center, I was recommended to visit Dr. Serrano for a functional eye exam. At over 5 years out from my original accident and several doctors later, I have undergone a lot of vision testing and diagnoses. Dr. Serrano was friendly, competent and extremely thorough - he spent nearly 3 hours with me and actually uncovered a major eye condition that still had not been detected! I was very impressed. Post appointment dealing with his staff regarding insurance information, billing, and receiving documentation from the day has been quite difficult and non-communicative. I subtracted one star for dealing with those particulars.

Dr. Serrano sat down and listened to me. He was very patient and diagnosed problems from a Concussion I had been trying to get answers to for 5 years. I would highly recommend him.

❤️Dr Serrano is the best. I love his compassion for what he does. He assistem me in something that no other doctor ever suggested. He stays up to date with treatments and great for a low vission patient. 😃
