It was a pleasure doing business with Mosaic roofing company. Kyle made this a great experience, his knowledge and understanding was second to none . The crew was on time and professional. He advised me and walk me through dealing with the insurance claims department from start to finish .
On August 3, 2023, we had a severe thunderstorm, with high winds.As a result, two very large limbs fell on my roof, resulting in four full penetrations of the roof.I phoned Mosaic roofing, and spoke with Esteban, who is the consummate professional.After getting all the information he needed from me, he said a crew would be in touch with me shortly.Within a short time, Mr.Kyle Costencalled me, to say he was on his way to me.Soon after, he and his crew arrived.Within minutes, he and his crew had assessed the situation, formulated a plan, and put it in motion.This crew functioned like a well-oiled machine ! So good. Hired them for a flip and the buyers actually mentioned how much they liked the roof! Can't believe I'm saying this, but the roof closed the deal. 10000% recommend.
