I called Thursday multiple times and when I finally got an answer from Brandon I was told that they were busy and he would give me a call back. I didn't hear back. I called again on Friday and this time I spoke with Kaitlyn and was told the same thing they were busy and she would call back. I expressed that I was told this before and did not hear back. She assured me that she would call me back. About 10 mins later she did call me back and she was so sweet and helpful .. she was also very apologetic for my previous experience. My husband and I had our first couples massage here! The lobby and rooms were spotless and everything felt very fresh and clean. The receptionist was so professional, personable, & accommodating. She helped us fill out a form that helped the therapists target certain areas. Our massages were wonderful! I like a firmer hand and my husband likes lighter, they understood perfectly and gave us both the best massage we have ever had. The hot stones, aroma therapy, and heated tables were awesome! I totally recommend any one to use their services - if I wasn't from out of state I know I would become a member!

Ive been coming here since 2019. The staff is always professional and my therapist is top notch! The membership is so worth it that no matter my financial circumstances, I always keep this one non essential in my life. Tip: you must be ON TIME for your appointments because they wont change their schedule for your tardieness. If you're late, you just lose out on those minutes.
