I can't thank the team at Les Mains enough for giving me the perfect set of nails for my wedding and honeymoon! I've been going to there facility for the past 3 years and I've always been satisfied with my nails but these exceeded all expectations. Go check them out. Top tier experience every time I go!!! The customer service is excellent, the staff is talented! Every time I get a nail design, it always turns out perfect. If you’re looking for a place to relax and get a proper massage that’s actually worth your money, this is a place you’ve been looking for. A lot of places rush through the massage, but here they really take their time and do it right!

I just started visiting this salon at the Works and have been extremely satisfied so far. The nail techs are super friendly, do a great job, and the space is clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while because the staff are genuinely kind, and the location is convenient for me. Unfortunately, the quality of the services has gone downhill. Over the summer, my full set began chipping and even breaking in half within a week. Since I was traveling, I couldn’t return to have them fixed.

I gave them another chance and continued coming back. Recently, I got a fill, but the gel polish chipped within three days. To their credit, they did let me come back four days later to repaint the chipped nails free of charge, which I really appreciated. However, just 10 days after the service, most of the polish had chipped again and two nails broke completely.

It’s disappointing, because while the staff are nice, I can’t justify spending money, time, and stress for nails that don’t even last a week. They mentioned I wouldn’t be booked with the same tech again, but last time I also felt rushed and noticed my nails weren’t given enough time to cure. Sadly, it’s time for me to find a new salon.

I’ve been to Les Mains several times and have really enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of service overall. However, my most recent experience was disappointing and has changed my decision about returning.

I typically get the buildable gel with gel polish, and my friend Christina had gel polish on her toes and nails. Within a week, several of her nails chipped and lifted — something that clearly points to improper prep rather than wear and tear. Because we were out of town, we weren’t able to return right away, but when we came back (still within two weeks), we were told there would be a charge to repair the nails.

To make matters worse, we were told that the salon doesn’t guarantee their nails at all — not even from the moment you leave the chair. That was surprising and honestly concerning. Most salons stand behind their work for at least a few days.

It’s frustrating to be charged for a fix when the issue stems from the original application, not the client. Quality control and customer care should extend beyond the initial appointment, especially when the problem is due to service technique. Unfortunately, that response left a poor impression and made it clear to me that I won’t be returning.

Considered coming here but the response to a faithful client is nasty and unprofessional. I see why the rating under 4! Disgusting service and no countability. Salons care more about the money than customer!!

I got SNS or Dip Powder in such a perfect pink. I just walked in and they served me fairly quick. I don’t get my nails done ever, this was the second time in my entire life and wanted something that would keep my natural nail healthy. Jamie did such a great job and will be returning to him in the future.

I’ve been coming here for a year and my last appointment was truly an awful experience. I specifically called the salon to make an appointment for builder gel. When I got there, there was a miscommunication and my tech began to remove my nails and cut them way shorter than what I asked for. As someone who has been growing out her nails for months this was really saddening. He then tried to put a nail on top of my nails to extend the length but I didn’t want that. I wanted the builder on my natural nails.

I spoke to the manager and she was not understanding at all. I decided not to finish my service and to just do a full set removal. My tech was very nice and said I wouldn’t be charged for the removal of my nails as it was an honest mistake. I said it was fine. When I got to checkout the manager said I still had to pay for the removal. I paid and tipped however I think that this could have been handled way better. The manager pretty much said it was my fault and there was nothing she was willing to do to make up for the miscommunication.

I’m a new mom and every nail visit requires hiring a nanny or help in order for me to get my nails done. It’s really hard to find the time so it’s very disappointing when the salon I’ve been going to for so long decides to be incredibly rude.

We were in town from Charlotte and looking to get our nails and toes done. I got gel polish w/ my natural nails & toes. I paid $74 not including tip and I was beyond happy with my service. The customer service level here is highhh! It was 4 of us and they sat us all together and got us in and out in 1 hr 30 minutes!!! When I'm in Atlanta, we will all come back here!!

This is the best nail salon I have been to in so long! I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Atlanta. Thank you Mai you did a great job on my gel x!
