I've been coming to this gym on an off for about a year now the customer service has been good & consistent. Although the staff turnover is high, I do believe the people who currently work there are the best crew I've experienced. Xavier always greets you with a smile when you enter the building and any staff member is willing to help problem solve. The gym is cleaner and I go more now because of the changes that took place.

Staff is friendly and things are fairly clean. All of the equipment is old and rusted. Why can't they get some new equipment? I travel often and there are facilities in other areas with much better equipment. The fans in the back with cardio equipment has been broken for months and there is no air circulating. That's unacceptable!!

Great Job @Ricky Harris & Manager Legin at L.A. Fitness. I had a horrible moment with another rep, but you totally listened was patient and assisted me. I was told incorrect info when setting up my account, and was ready to cancel but company don’t realize how good customer service if the only thing between keeping and losing a client.
