I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but the issues seem to be ongoing constantly. It’s not uncommon for this gym to open late, and much of the equipment is old, worn, and rusted. The facility is also consistently overcrowded making it difficult to get a productive workout in.
Just this week, I arrived one morning around 6:15 AM only to find the gym had just opened, despite posted hours showing a 5:00 AM opening time. During the school year I usually workout at 5:00AM and there were numerous instances of the gym not being open as a result of no employees showing up to open. My attendance at the gym yesterday could have been better. Upon entrance, I was not greeted by the rude woman who was working the front desk. Honestly, I believe she’s does maintenance at the facility, but for some reason she was working check-in. For reference purposes, she’s a heavier woman, dark complexion, with curly crochet hair. Not only was she rude, but also downright disrespectful. I attempted to make small conversation with her and she totally disregarded the fact that I was speaking to her and looked me in the face with no response. I made a 2nd attempt to converse, and she walked away. This was a very unpleasant start to the workout and I don’t understand... read full review

I was this close to joining the camp creek location but I’m glad I read the reviews!!! I will go to the old national location too! And when I called just now a young lady answered the phone with an attitude smh!!! Camp creek location wont get my money and y’all should follow suit too!!!
