Ms. Liz is a gem. I’ve had pants and a gown altered by Ms. Liz over the last two weeks and all of my items turned out perfectly. Her prices are reasonable and she does great work fast. I appreciate her customer service and warm demeanor. I’ll certainly continue to visit her for all of my alteration needs.
Completely ruined my brand new Duvet. I asked for the owners number and clerk refused to give it too me. I had just purchased $300 crinkle type fabric and they pressed flat destroying the fabric. . The employee would not give me owners number or take any responsibility. They also lost the tie to my silk blouse too. Don't go!!!
Ruined an article of my clothing which required simple dry cleaning, which they did not dispute, but outright refused to do anything about it. Employee was very rude and inconsiderate. Do not recommend doing business here.
