I cannot recommend Mike more highly if you find yourself with a water flooding or intrusion problem. He came out within hours of our basement flooding due to a busted pipe, got us vacuumed out and set up for drying all by himself because his crews were responding to other jobs and was in constant communication throughout the process. He made what was a very stressful process much easier and better!
Great service! We had busted icemaker line we found when we returned from church. I called Atlanta's Restoration Services and Mike responded fast onsite within 45 minutes on Sunday. He inspected the damage and promptly provided a detailed estimate upfront with a reasonable price for mitigation services. Once we approved it he got right to work extracting the water, removing baseboards, cleaned up, treated everything to prevent mildew setup fans and dehumidifiers. This company is amazing. Mike assisted with filing the claim, spoke with the call center adjuster helping to get everything approved. He just called to come out monitor the drying progress this morning... read full review
These guys are amazing. Our house flooded 1am Sunday morning, we called Atlanta's Restoration Services, and they were onsite within the hour. They were polite and very professional, taking care to move our furniture, putting plastic and blocks under everything. They extracted all of the water, treated everything with a disinfectant, and then set up fans and dehumidifiers. They explained the whole process clearly and helped file the claim. They came back each day to monitor the equipment. After 3 days, today, everything is good and dry. I highly recommend to anyone who needs water damage mitigation or mold removal services.
