Very professional and gives you a detailed reason for any decision you may want to take, but will give you the best options to help you feel confident that your problem will be taken care of. I like them so far and won’t forget how simplified their explanations are Customer service PERFECT.
Natalie and Dr. Irving were great in informing me and making sure I would be taken care of. I just wish I was fully and properly informed if my insurance would be taken at this location. By not having this clarification it made it hard for me to give this 5 stars.
Ms. Makita , Lia , Karriel , Dr Irvin was great!! Really took care of me made sure I had the right treatment, the previous owner and staff had misdiagnosed me and had me under a wrong treatment.
This team came with care and attention.
