When I discovered a wet spot on my ceiling and then a rotted baseboard below it, I knew that my roof had been leaking inside my wall for some time. In a round about way, I got the name of Delta Restorations and Chad Fallows. He came out the next day, assessed the situation and explained my options. He and roofer Randall Black met with the insurance adjuster and handled everything. The workers that he engaged to do the work were polite and professional. Chad kept me informed at every step...what was next and when they were coming. They were kind enough to do a few extra jobs for me.
