Exceptional experience from start to finish!

TrueSkin Med Spa is hands down one of the best med spa experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a clean, calming, and beautifully designed space that instantly puts you at ease. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive—they make you feel valued, not rushed.

The providers are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to truly listen to your concerns and goals. I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments; instead, everything was thoughtfully explained, personalized, and focused on natural, confidence-boosting results. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality really set them apart.

What impressed me most was the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire visit. You can tell this team is passionate about what they do and takes pride in delivering excellent results while making clients feel comfortable and informed.

I am not one to write reviews but I had such a terrible experience I felt it was necessary.

My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and I arrived at 4:28. I did not leave until 6:24 PM, despite informing the staff ahead of time that I had obligations at 6:30.

I booked both an arm wax and a leg wax. However, due to the excessive length of the appointment and my time constraints, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the leg wax because I needed to leave. Even after nearly two hours, only my arms were partially waxed, and there were still noticeable patches of hair left.

I was also told that for the first hour the wax was heating up, followed by additional time waiting for it to cool down.During the arm wax, the technician removed the wax very slowly instead of using a quick pull, which resulted in much of the hair not being removed properly.

Unfortunately, the service was not completed as booked, and the quality, timing, and overall experience did not meet expectations. I’m sharing this feedback so the business can improve their scheduling, preparedness, and service quality for future clients.

Juanita service was absolutely great. Very professional and provided essential education on how to take care of my skin. Would recommend her service any time!

I loved the atmosphere from the time I stepped into the door. The aesthetics along with the products adorn the walls in the front. I felt very comfortable as a woman of a larger size in the area. Mrs.Bonds is very educated and knowledgeable of the products needed for my skin and treating my needs. I will 100% return to get that baby skin glow!!

I had such a great experience at TrueSkin Medesthetics! Dr. Juanita Bonds was amazing — so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She offered me tea or water as soon as I arrived and even let me pick something to watch on Netflix during my treatment, which made the whole experience so relaxing. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the DMK Medi Pedi, and the products she used were incredible. I could instantly feel a difference in how soft and smooth my feet were afterward. The space was spotless, professional, and very calming. I’ll definitely be back!
