Poor follow thought with communication inside and out from company. Form letters that don’t work, voice mailbox full, no return call or text, people not honoring their commitment. Slow to help with problems after the fact, glad my roof is not leaking onto the ceiling.Salesmanship did a great job did everything he needed to sell the job, over sold what company can do and does for their costumer’s.Installation needs help: looks great with a quick look, metal drip edge not matching or poorly cut. Initial crew really botched soffit repairs. Had to come out 2 more times to fix what was damaged or not properly done correctly. Giving 2 stars since they fixed most of damage and gave a small credit back. Still have paint dripped in some areas and joint cuts not correct. Will not hire again.

Team roofing did a spectacular job at my house! They were able to assist me with my insurance due to double deductible charge and I was able to pay just $1095 instead of $3000. From Michael the Sales/estimator, Greg the project manager(happy birthday Greg ) and Brianna the accountant and customer service crew, thank you for an amazing job well done. I will definitely recommend Team Roofing to family and friends.
