Jim is AMAZING! I contacted him on a Monday and was scheduled for a cleaning that Wednesday. He arrived on time and gave me a quick run down of what to expect. Talk about great customer service...My teenager has a ferret and had some major stains in his rom, so I wasn't expecting Jim to get them out because of how deep and dark they were (Coca Cola spills). He assured me that he would do his best to get them out, but I didn't have high expectations. Jim got ALL the stains from my son's room!! He cleaned three bedrooms, a hall, stairs, an area rug, a couch, loveseat and sofa chair in less than 3 hours! My house smells amazing and my carpets are like brand... read full review
