I absolutely love this gym!! I have severe social anxiety, and have tried multiple other gyms throughout my adult life only to end up just not going. This is the 1st time I'm excited to book classes & go. I love the intimate setting of the sauna - most of the time I'm working out solo which is perfect for me! I'm super clumsy, so if I mess up I'm not doing it in front of a bunch of other people. I'm seeing a lot of complaining about the cancellation policy - the GM literally took time to explain to me that it's a 60 day notice or $99 to cancel immediately. Pro Tips:
1. Make this part of your daily routine! I always go the same time every day, and even when I don’t feel like going (which isn’t often) I tell myself, just do one 15 minute session. Everyone has 15 min!
2. Upgrade to the Sweat Anywhere! After a year I upgraded my membership so I could go to any location, and with that, you get personal training videos on demand. I had gotten in a plateau with weight training- I wouldn’t ever get sore. But after one session with the personal training videos, I noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE! If you join Hotworx, you will absolutely become “addicted” in a good way!! My husband and I have worked out at almost every type of fitness studio out there. We joined Hotworx together once we experienced the massive benefits when working out in infrared heat: improved cardio health, strength and mobility improvements, increased flexibility, regular detox via sweat (hello, sweat!!) and much more!
