Great experience all around. Dia (probably misspelled, sorry!) was wonderful at the front desk and super welcoming. Yvette was amazing for my massage. I’m a physical therapist so it’s quick to figure out if someone has a good understanding of the body. Yvette was phenomenal—knew exactly where to isolate tension, fascial lines, and apply/withdraw pressure. Would highly recommend!
First massage in 20 years and it was fantastic! Tania (may have spelled her name wrong) Boy did she work out numerous knots! Training for Ironman races have added stress and knots and other stresses to my body that definitely benefited from this today. I’ll be back for sure ! ?

Carlunda the therapist was wonderful and really opened my back out. Rebecca the hostess at the front desk will make your experience great. Such a great experience I joined and I never join spa clubs. Joe
