I spoke with Miss. Ionah (I know the name is misspelled) but I had to write about her customer service attributes. She was very calm. polite, courteous, and efficient. She made sure everything I needed was done. I thought the payments were already going to be taken out of my card, but I was getting late pay emails. She explained what was happening, help me save a couple of dollars by setting up my payment for the next day, and she set up my reoccurring payment plan. My name is Mike Miller Owner - Operator of High Tech heating and air in Manning SC. Pretty good place to me. I don’t have good credit and needed new ac units and got approved both times. The customer service is pretty good. Also if you have financial issues they will go as far as they can to work with you on payments.
