Can’t recommend Lainey enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to ask about my specific concerns and tailored the session exactly to what I needed.
The massage itself was incredible. I left feeling way less tense, more mobile, and completely relaxed. You can tell she understands the body and cares about her clients’ well-being.
Lainey also curated the perfect soundtrack for the session. Relaxing without being distracting, and it really elevated the whole experience.
Definitely will be back!

Absolutley one of the best massage experiences i've had. Alaina is skilled, professional and very intuituve about pressure technique. She has such a sweet spirit and is so kind. She takes that extra step to make sure you are comfortable. Her space is very relaxing and i felt so incredible afterward. Last sunday she went above and beyond on her day off to accommodate a birthday surprise massage for my mom who is in a wheel chair and an amputee.
