The massage itself was incredible. I left feeling way less tense, more mobile, and completely relaxed. You can tell she understands the body and cares about her clients’ well-being.
Lainey also curated the perfect soundtrack for the session. Relaxing without being distracting, and it really elevated the whole experience.

Absolutley one of the best massage experiences i've had. Alaina is skilled, professional and very intuituve about pressure technique. She has such a sweet spirit and is so kind. She takes that extra step to make sure you are comfortable. Her space is very relaxing and i felt so incredible afterward. Last sunday she went above and beyond on her day off to accommodate a birthday surprise massage for my mom who is in a wheel chair and an amputee. I really didnt know how it was going to work because of my mom's limitations but Alaina assured me it will workout and to trust her. I am so happy we gave it a try. She was so attentive, compassionate and gentle with my mom and it did indeed workout. My mom had a great massage. I will forever be so grateful to you Alaina. Thank You again.
