My Grandpa passed away on November 14th, 2019. I called and talked to Korey. I didn't know where to start or what to do and even how to get there. He asked if I needed any viewings or ceremonies. He was very helpful didn't mind my multiple calls with questions, Korey was very knowledgeable. He was nice on the phone and in person. Very professional and asked if I needed anything. When my Grandma started getting bad we called Korey and had them also take care of my grandma. Also informed us they do Autopsy in house so we would not need to send her out and talked to us on prices. Hands down if you need End of life services I recommend them 110%. They are compassionate, helpful, patient, and respectful. Thank you for all your help on everything. You are truly amazing. Reasonable and fair prices in urns and cremation services. Also nice and kind, caring, and respectful when picking up the bodies. They even answered questions that we thought of late and guided us in the right direction.

My father passes away on a holiday and Banfield was so accommodating! they were confident, professional and helpful during our difficult time. i would highly reccomend! Greg & Laura were both OUTSTANDING.
