I was very satisfied with the service. Technician Gabriel workedtill very late to leave the work finished, even though he had toget the spare parts. Plan to call this company in the future ifneeded.Service: Dishwasher repair
When I booked my appointment, I was asked to provide a credit card number for a $55 fee for securing the appointment. I was assured, however, that that money would go toward the repair cost if a repair was made. That turned out to not be true. The $55 is a straightforward booking fee on top of the repair cost. I won't be doing business with this company again.
I called to have my washer looked at, they automatically put 59. On hold for appointment, guy finally shows up towards the end of the appointment window(pretty standard for florida I’ve noticed). Turns machine on, changes settings, does some googling or texting and says”it’s the actuator “. I said are you sure cause you didn’t open anything or look at the machine? No it’s definitely actuator. I say ok how much? 298.! I googled it and piece was 45.00 and took me 5 minutes to change it. What’s the problem you ask?
