Im very disappointed. I booked online an appointment for 7/4 @1 w/ bailee. I work full time and take care of my toddler while working so I barely get any time for myself, and was really excited that my husband was off and agreed to help watch our daughter for me to finally have some me time and I wanted to surprise my husband with a new look. I get to the appointment a few minutes early and when I try to open the door, It was closed because the store was closed. It's very inconsiderate of the salon to leave the schedule open and display that they are open online today if they are closed and have people take their time to go to the salon all excited and be let down like this. Many other salons had their schedule closed for today which is the correct thing to do, so people don't book an appointment and show up for nothing. Please improve on closing the schedule in the future to avoid this from happening to someone else.. 🥺😓💔

Kayla did an excellent job of cutting my hair! Walked in with a style which had been growing out for a year and walked out with a great bob and bangs. My husband was happy with it and said it “Looks Nice!” Thanks, Kayla!
