The location is easy to get to from I-75 and offers plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The receptionist and front desk staff were amazing very professional both in person and over the phone.
Unfortunately, my experience with the owner left a negative first impression. While I was waiting, he walked by twice without even a hello or good morning, which didn’t feel welcoming at all.
The physical therapist was kind and helpful, but the session was not truly one on one. He was working with multiple patients at the same time, leading to constant interruptions. Because of that, the treatment didn’t feel as focused or effective as I had hoped.
I’ve since found another location that provides true one on one attention, and it has made a noticeable difference in the improvement of my neck issues.

Dr. Spoonhour worked amazing results out on me by adjusting the right cervical which was so tight that is was pinching a nerve creating left sided weakness of my arm & hand. Left after one visit feeling like a new person. My second visit a week later showed even more correction after adjustment + stretching and deep massage. Allysa the massage therapist was amazingly thorough!! My lower back pain is decreasing as well! Very pleased with this professional office with loads of modalities to offer targeted & individuated treatment plans.

They never called to verify my appointment so I called one hour before and was told they lost the insurance information that I gave when I made the appointment. What would have happened if I didn’t call? I provided the insurance information (again) and they still needed to verify benefits within an hour of the appointment. Office seems very disorganized. Cancelled the appointment and will look for a different provider.

I regret to share a negative experience with this doctor's office regarding their approach and communication. During a recent visit, my mother, who was in pain, had her medication request denied due to what the doctor cited as concerns over medical practice. Despite our prior provision of all necessary medical records, including the medication history (except for progressive notes which were irrelevant as it involved steroids), we were told repeatedly that she wouldn't be seen without them.
What was most disappointing was the perceived lack of empathy and excessive caution for malpractice over patient care. The doctor’s manner seemed more focused on legal technicalities rather than alleviating patient discomfort. This approach resulted in unnecessary repeat appointments and prolonged pain for my mother.
Overall, the experience was disheartening and has influenced my opinion negatively. I would advise others seeking medical care here to be aware of potential administrative hurdles that may overshadow the patient’s immediate needs.

Kudos to Weston Medical Health Center! Dr. Spoonhour, Dr. Quin and their team made a difference for me. These are competent honest, humble and experienced doctors.They do it right and do it well! They establish a rapport and target the best plan of action for you. The facility is immaculate. They are equipped with cutting-edge equipment. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful. I'm new to Sciatica pain and hadn't been to a Chiropractor in over 20 yrs, the Chiropractor office was no longer. I struggled in my search. After working with different Chiropractors for pain shooting down my right leg, I was offered PT & Adjustments, 3 mths later no improvements. After the first treatment at WMHC, I felt a 50% improvement I'm amazed and encouraged! I feel they nailed it! This is a skilled group of professionals.
