Dr. Ridos is very professional and thorough. He first got to know my injury history, scanned my spine for potential problems, and then made adjustments. Then he recommended exercises that I can do on my own to get rid of pain. I'd highly recommend for anyone who is looking to alleviate pain and start their journey towards better health.

My Experience in the Past Few Months Has Been Gratifying, From Feeling A Family-Like Treatment to an Improvement in Physical and Emotional Health. Both My Husband and My Daughter Attended The Sessions. In My Case, The Extreme Pain in My Lower Back, Neck, and Shoulders is no longer there. It was almost impossible for me to sim, and I had to relay on medication to go to work. Now, My Sleeping Hours Have Returned To Normal, My Work Hours Are Manageable, and I No Longer Need Medication. I am Vary Grateful. We have a long-term plan of sessions, and Most Importently, Good Physical and Emotional Health. My experience in the past few months has been gratifying, from feeling a family-like treatment to an improvement in physical and emotional health. Both my husband and my daughter attended the sessions. In my case, the extreme pain in my lower back, neck, and shoulders is no longer there. It was almost impossible for me to sleep, and I had to rely on medication to go to work. Now, my sleeping hours have returned to normal, my work hours are manageable, and I no longer need medication.
