From the first interaction of making an appointment to the technicians walking out the door, each representative gave personal, professional care. Our appointment was easy to schedule, the technicians gave accurate estimates concerning what to expect and the cost. They were clean and careful in our home and our vents look brand new! We used other companies-independent and national big names-and they never came close to the results DUCTZ was able to achieve. Would 100% recommend!

We discovered mold in a closet and during remediation it was determined that it was caused by issues with our air conditioning system. We had purchased a 5 ton package A/C unit, but our duct system was sized for a 3.5 ton unit, causing condensation issues. Our home is 50+ years old, and we did not want to go through the extensive renovations required to replace the existing ductwork. After consulting several A/C companies, Ductz was the only company to propose a workable alternative. Our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. We called and they arrived first thing Monday am. John is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and fast. He had our AC up and running smoothly within 2 hours.
